Beyond Fabrica Hill
Beyond The Shrine
Presumably this was an ancient sink. Now it lies in the grass, waiting to be catalogued. I think it will have a long wait, as the area is awash with archaeological relics.
Old Columns
I'm sure in most other parts of the world, these old columns would be carefully wrapped up or moved somewhere to preserve them. Not here though. There are simply too many of them to treat with that much respect.
Meet the Amphitheatre
See? This is right next to those columns and sink. With only a finite amount of resources, what would you concentrate on?
Spectacular
The amphitheatre is a work in progress, in terms of archaeological research. There is a restored amphitheatre between Episkopi and Limassol, at Kourion. Personally I hope this one doesn't get restored. I would prefer to view it like you view the ruins at the main archaeological park.
A Hidden Mural?
Among the ruins, you can see areas covered in blue tarpaulin. We presumed this was covering a mosaic or something similar.

Let's Take a Look At Fabrica Hill
We've driven past Fabrica Hill many times over the years, and often wondered what was up there. (It's the area of land diagonally opposite The Mall, in case you didn't know).
