Tsada Dog Kennels
Oops

There was also an animal skull, which looked suspiciously like it belonged to a dog.
Spooky Room

Now this was a puzzle. Why would this particular kennel still have its doors intact, and, whats more, be closed? If this was a horror story, there would be an ancient beast living trapped in there. Left behind and forced to survive by eating beetles. I like a good horror story, and consequently I opened the door with a bit of trepidation. I jumped out of my skin when I did so, because something moved inside. I soon realised that it was actually the roots of a plant that were attached to the rear of the door. As I moved it it pulled the roots, giving the impression of movement in the darkness...
Treasure

There was also a tin opener in the courtyard. We left it where it was, as we are quite happy with the one we have at home.
Extra Cages

Beyond the kennels were some more fenced areas. I wonder what these were for? Was it a sin bin for naughty dogs?
Final View

And that is the abandoned dogs kennel. If anybody has any further information on it please let us know.
-- UPDATE --
Just received this information that sheds some light on the kennels:
I've been there once, when the kennel was still in use. The owner was a proper dog trainer and one of my dogs spend some time there when we went on a short holiday. The owner loved my dog and my dog loved the owner. I was recommended this place by Dr. Pambos, the vet close to the Blue Cross Medical center.

As mentioned earlier, Alex was with me on the trip, and she had her own camera...

A new motorway is coming to Paphos. It will link the existing A6 motorway to the North West coast of the island, reduce travel time, and aid congestion on the B7. That's the plan, anyway. Alternatively, it will destroy precious natural areas and be an expensive waste of money. We decided to take a look at the proposed route for ourselves, so now at least you will know exactly where the motorway will go. Possibly.
