Sandy Beach in Lemba is now Blue Flag!
Golden Sands
In August this beach will be a LOT busier.
To Paphos
If you fancy a rather long walk, you can get to Paphos Harbour by following that Coast Path. I shall do the whole trip one day when it is a bit cooler. It will make a nice film.
Unspoilt View
I had to do a rare bit of photo-editing for the accompanying tour. A selfish British lady had build a camp in the tiny bay here, complete with tent, torches and a beach fire. She took exception to being photographed, which is not surprising, given that she was acting illegally and highly irresponsibly (I took these pictures while the huge forest fire was raging on another part of the island). Anyway, I photoshopped her and her mess out and I have to say the pictures look much better for it.
Waves!
Sandy Beach is popular with surfers. There can be some surprisingly big waves here.
Take The Tour!
We will leave you with the virtual tour we made for the beach directory. This is best viewed in full screen. So open the drop down menu in the top right of the tour and select the dotted square. Enjoy!
