Routes To The Blue Lagoon
Smoother Ride
Once you have got past the cliffside portion of the route, you might be tempted to put your foot down. Do bear in mind though, that there are still quite a few potholes, and pedestrians.
Final Leg
There is Blue Lagoon in the distance. You can see all the boats.
Well Worn Tracks
It was strange driving this section. It looked like it might be very sandy, but I had no problem driving here. I think it is just the colour of the smoothed-down rock.
End Of The Line
There are a couple of parking spots for the Blue Lagoon. We chose the first one, as we wanted to launch the drone and all the tourists seem to favour the further location, presumably because it is more accessible.

This film shows the route we took.

The Blue Lagoon
The Blue Lagoon is one of the jewels in Cyprus' glittering crown. Whether you arrive by boat, or take the bumpy ride that hugs the Akamas cliffs, a scene of beauty awaits you when you get there. It's such a nice place that we can't do it justice in a blog, so this forms part of a bigger presentation, featuring films and a virtual tour.
