Getting There
Anyway, the question is, how do you get there. You need to take the B7 from Paphos, and drive until you get to Stroumbi. You will go past a petrol station on your left before you come to this junction, where you turn right. There is a big sign here advertising the festival too.
Pavlos Supermarket
Once you get to the centre of the village, take the turning you see here, in front of Pavlos Supermarket. Actually, don't. That is the direct route to the festival but it will be chaos. You are better off finding a side road further along the main road and parking there. It will only be a short walk to the main square.
Follow The Sign
I thought I would show you some typical Easter decorations too, just for good measure.
Metochi Cultural Centre
If you follow the road past Pavlos you will go past a church, then down a hill, to the Main Square. To the left of that you will find Metochi Cultural Centre. Don't worry about trying to locate it. If you get to Polemi, you will know where to go, because there will be a lot of people here.
Handy Map
This shows exactly where the cultural centre is, as well as the tulip festival. I have also marked the Corner Cafe and Bar, as it is great place for a drink and there is a tulip garden next to it. The festival runs from 11:00 to 17:00 on Sunday. Hopefully it will stay dry as it is a lovely day out, and the perfect excuse to explore some of Paphos' villages.

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
