The sun shone through a collection of glass items, making interesting shadows on the table.

Stray Haven

There was also a stall for the Stray Haven charity with items to purchase or a small tombola to generate donations.

Bacon Butties

Along the covered passage there was the smell of bacon cooking, although the 20-minute queue for a bacon butty meant we did not try one. There were some beautiful wooden dog beds, succulent ‘herbs n leafs’, hand made cards, nut brittle and even UK Sweets.

We turned the corner and saw yet more stalls below us; a small bottle of Prosecco from Alla Spina was added to our growing pile of purchases.
