Kissonerga Coast Path

It is interesting to note how clean the area is down here. I have been on remote beaches on the far side of the Akamas that have had a lot more rubbish than this. It gets washed in from the sea, rather than dumped by sunbathers. So why is there virtually no rubbish down here?

Back Up

Anyway, time to go back to the walkway. I have to say the staircase looks a lot more rickety from this angle!
Forthcoming Attraction

You get tantilising glimpses of where the path will take you as you follow it around the coastline.
Well Maintained

I was impressed with the cleanliness all around. There were bins at regular intervals along the route, and they were properly maintained too. I was also blessed with a sunny yet cloudy day. This makes for more interesting photographs than a flat blue sky.
