Abandoned Villages - Faleia
No Power
Powerlines pass this ruin, but none travel to the building itself. If you look at the powerline you will notice that no bulb is present. So they aren't maintained very well.
Water Feature
An Abandoned Village blog would not be complete without a picture of a water feature. This one is from 1952.
More Signs of Life
At the edge of the village, we could see some rooftops partially hidden by trees. It looked like it might be another house, so we checked it out.
Overgrown Drive
The road down to the house was not heavily used.
Closed For Summer
This house is locked shut. However, it is obviously either still in use or only recently abandoned.
