Of course that means if you do make it over this Easter, it will be less crowded, and you will be able to enjoy more peaceful walks along the boardwalk like this.
Seafront Sun
When we have had sunshine, the harbour and seafront look lovely, and very well maintained. There was a lorry unblocking a drain a bit further up from here. I guess it must have filled with sand and gravel washed up from the little beach. They have put up a temporary wall but some still manages to get through.
Beach View
The sunbeds remained firmly locked away on Coral Bay Beach. They were doing some renovation work there when we visited, and the lower road was closed. You can drive on it again now, and it looks exactly the same as it did before, so I have no idea what they were doing. There is still a lot of clearing going on though, so it is definitely a work in progress.

This is the area by the Athena Beach and Athena Royal Hotels.
Archive Airshots
The ban on drones has been frustrating, though I fully understand why it is in place. The perceived threat in the eyes of the public is real, even if there isn't a risk in reality. I'm sure if my living relied entirely on flying a drone I would feel differently, but fortunately I have lots of cogs in my business engine, so to speak.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
