More Kataklysmos

This was another shot of the festival from a regular perspective.
The Rock of Episkopi

There are lots of charming villages close to Paphos, which are below the radar of most tourists. This is a crying shame, as they are lovely to explore and will often have little museums and information centres tucked away waiting to be found. One such place is Episkopi. Not to be confused with the village near Limassol, this can be found just to the north of Paphos, and has a very noticable landmark at its centre.
Lemba Art College

We are still not sure of the long-term fate of this lovely place. The Government seems intent on taking it over, which is a shame I think. Whatever happens later, you can explore it at the moment. The fences have been removed, so go for a wander. Just don't wait too long.
Alykes View

Alykes Beach is arguably the smallest Blue Flag in Paphos, though the Municipal Baths might put up a bit of a fight about that. Do not confuse it with the new beach created at St George in Chloraka. For some reason, they have called that Alyki Beach. Anyway, behind this beach you will find the fantastic Almyra Hotel.
Chill

I liked this picture. I imagine that they were very happy on that boat. The perfect place to relax. In the distance you can see Corallia Beach Appartments and the Coral Beach Hotel on the right.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
