Let's Hear It For Paphos Beaches!
Paphos is not so famed for its beaches as the Eastern coast. However, it still has plenty of blue flags to shout about. So in August we decided to visit them all. We also created our beaches directory, which has since expanded to include non-Blue Flag beaches and now has nearly 40 entries, with more to come. Read The Blog
Gruesome Viewing
There are church murals and there are church murals. The ones in this particular church are unusual however, in that they depict some truly horrific scenes. You will have to go on a bit of an adventure to find this location, but it is worth the trek. Just make sure you haven't recently eaten first.
Ayios Ioannis
We rounded off our August with a trip to the semi-abandoned Ayioa Ioannis. This village was a bit of a surprise. There was so much to see here that we had to split it into two blogs.Read The Blog
Akamas Drives
The route from White River to Arodes, up the side of the Akamas, is beautiful, but bittersweat for me. I took my parents along it a couple of years ago, and Mum loved the views and the off-roading. She passed away in the Spring of 2019, but boy did I feel her spirit here as I made this journey. Happy travels, Mum.Read The Blog
