Kathikas
Retail Area?

We are staying on the main road though. On the opposite side to the tavern you will find a couple of shops.

I've no idea what was actually in here, but it was quite nicely decorated. Next to it was a recessed area which seemed quite interesting.
Imogen's Tavern

Indeed, it led to a seating area outside Imogen's Tavern. Until I did this article, I wasn't aware this place even existed.
Panagia Evangelistria

As is typical of Cypriot villages, the church - in this case Panagia Evangelistria - plays a central role in everyday life. This was built in 1870 on the ruins of an older church. We'll get a better look at it in a while, though I didn't go in because it was locked.
More Balconies

Now this definitely is a mini market. It has the outdoor sign and everything.

We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia.
