Snow Fun In The Troodos
No Toboggans

Tobogganists aren't allowed on the nursery slopes. They have their own slope, which is on the other side of this hill.

Be Careful!

I don't know what the skiing was like, but the tobogganing was very haphazard. It was far too icy and we saw several people zoom too fast into crash barriers. We decided not to bother and relied on some off piste tobogganing using coats.
The Piste

As you can see, there are a fair number of skiers around, of all ages. That big yellow thing on the left is a crash barrier, not a banana.
An Easier Route

To the left of the main slope, there is a more gentle route that threads through the trees. You will need to know how to turn to go this way though!
Easy Does It

This lady obviously isn't ready to go solo.

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
