Ammati Cave
Back Home
So it is back to the narrow path and the car. After this, I took the drone out for a play.
Up We Go
This shot is directly above the cave, looking towards Letymbou. In the bottom left you can see the junction I mentioned. It will be worth investigating to see if there is a route there from the road. You certainly couldn't take a direct route, as there is a huge cliff. But if you look towards the top right of the picture, there is a more gentle slope down. Perhaps you can walk down from there and get to the junction that way?

That's Me In The Corner
The sun reflects off my slaphead pate and almost dazzles the camera, but you can just work out the cave entrance in the centre of the picture.
Further Back
From this angle you can see the possible alternate route I mentioned more clearly. I reckon you can reach the valley floor from the left. The only question is what is the vegetation like down there. You would certainly have to watch out for snakes...
