Paphos Old Town Walk

I had half an hour free the other day, so I took a quick stroll around Old Town. Isn't it looking lovely these days?

I started my walk from the car park opposite Kennedy Square. I have crossed the road now and am about to enter the heart of Old Town. In a few days, this whole area will be packed with people celebrating the Carnival. Now though, it is fairly sedate.

Some of the buildings in Old Town now look fantastic. I have seen pictures of this tavern popping up all over the place.

Mural Retirement Home

One of the reasons the Old Town is so popular is the murals that adorn some of its walls. Most of them were created during three Street Art Festivals that ran a few years ago. Not all of them remain, but those that do have become a part of the furniture, quite literally in this case!
