Paphos Old Town in 2023 - Part 2
Aphrodite's Children

When you come to the main road you will find yourself standing opposite what is probably the most well known and popular mural in Paphos. Aphrodite's Children is a real work of art, and it is nice to see that they seem to be preserving it.
Keeping Old Town Beautiful!

If you turn left here you will soon see what I mean. They are renovating the building behind the mural, but they are keeping the wall intact. This is why you shouldn't procrastinate when it comes to visiting the murals of Old Town Paphos. You can't be sure how long they will be around for. There will be an example of that soon...
Rizokarpaso Fish Tavern

Walking up from the mural you soon come to this fish restaurant.
Old School Old Town

There is a junction on the opposite side of the road, where you will find this old building with a front door that just oozes history. It looks nice but you can see why the area needed renovating!
Absent Friends

Looking back from the fish restaurant you will see this mural, and an alley leading back to the Confectionary Cafe. There used to be another mural here, on a wall that no longer exists. Not every mural is as lucky as Aphrodite's Children. Having said that, the area that replaces the mural is now lovely, and much better than what it used to be like.
