Vournia Nature Trail
Mystery Flora
I was unable to translate this sign though. Alex thinks it might be "Lilly".
Αρκοσυκαμιά - lilly?
Turn Right Here
If you want to see the waterfall (if it is there; I imagine it depends on the amount of rain) you need to continue straight on here. You will soon arrive at the site of the second motorway tunnel, but the waterfall is before there. I didn't see it myself, but to be honest, I didn't know what the sign said until later, so didn't look hard for it.
Prickles
One common sight in the UK countryside is brambles. You do get them in Cyprus, but the wild ones aren't really worth harvesting for a crumble.
Βατος - Bramble
Familiar Sign
There are a lot of signs on this route. This one is pointing back to the water feature we walked past earlier. I guess it makes sense to have signs in both directions, given that it is a circular route.
Βρύση των Βουρνιών - Faucet of Vournia
There's also another sign to the waterfall here. I am mentioning all the signs because they are all in Greek. You can safely ignore it and continue up the hill here.

A short walk through the countryside around Kallepia
Now that we are getting the occasional dry day again we thought it time we started our selection of blogs on walks in and around the countryside of Paphos. For our first excursion we are visiting the village of Kallepia, situated near the Ezousa Valley and Minthis Hills Golf Course.Kallepia Caving
We've visited a few shrine caves on our travels through Cyprus. Most of them are fairly shallow though, and don't require a torch to explore. The Agios Konstantinos and St. Helen chapel is different. If you enter the cave there, you better come equipped with illumination...Good Pages To Visit
