The Statos Agios Photios Rural Festival
Rug Making
This lady had brought a loom with her and was knocking rugs out at a fair rate. Well, she appeared to be anyway. She was certainly going through the motions, and the rugs were reasonably priced.
Traditional Home and Garden Tools
This is the sort of stall I would have to drag my father from, so I must make a mental note not to have the folks over during festival season. I can still remember standing outside assorted tool shops as a child, while my father disappeared inside, looking for some obscure item or gadget...
Antiques?
Actually, looking at this shot, which is just to the left of the previous one, perhaps the chap is selling antiques? That kettle looks decidedly ancient, as does the radio.
Young Weaver
This item was part of the rug making stall we saw earlier. I have no idea what the boy is doing though.
Painted Pumpkins
These caught my eye. However, I don't think they came from Pumpkin House.

A few weeks ago we produced a rather long film, showing a drive from Pentalia to Polemi. I was going to do a sped-up version, but I found the full version quite relaxing, especially with the soothing soundtrack, so I have left it alone. People were curious as to the route we took, so I retraced our steps, and stopped to take some photographs along the way...Good Pages To Visit
