Paradise Beach Walk
Far Side
There was quite a lot of seaweed in parts of the beach, as is fairly normal for the Cyprus coastline when not maintained. It didn't cover the entire shoreline though, so you can go for a swim without picking up any annoying bits of seaweed. The seaweed would prove useful later, too...
View From The Far Side
So, this is Paradise Beach. It won't be to everybody's taste, especially if you like your creature comforts. But if you prefer a quieter beach, in beautiful surroundings, then this is not to be missed.
Rocky Route
Now we shall head around the rocks on the right, to see where we end up.
Seaweed Carpet
The seaweed came into its own around the rocks. It made it much easier to find a path, and was quite comfy to walk on.
Mysterious Fence
We walked past a few rock pools. Unfortunately, rock pools in Cyprus are nothing like the ecosystems they are in the UK. I think it is down to the limited tides we get in the Med. They are still fun to look at though. Speaking of which, I have a feeling the beach will be a great place to do some snorkelling. I haven't tried it yet though, but when I do I will no doubt post an underwater film or something similar.

If you want quieter beaches in beautiful surroundings, then this area will not disappoint. We visited these beaches more times than was strictly necessary to make this blog, which shows that we have saved what we consider to be some of the best Paphos beaches to last.Dragon Cave Beach
Just past Pomos there is a hidden cove next to a cave steeped in tradition. If you like the idea of a wild beach which you share with the local flora and fauna, then read on, because Dragon Cave Beach will be right up your street.Good Pages To Visit
