Paphos From Above
The Final Stretch
We have now flown past the Lighthouse Beach and are looking at the Kefalos Beach Tourist Village. If you are staying here you will have access to a lot of nice restaurants along the TOKR (Tomb of the Kings Road).
The Elysium
We've save possibly the nicest hotel to the last. This is the Elysium Beach Resort. Over the last few months I have been taking a lot of 360 pictures here, for a virtual tour. I have been amazed at how nice the place is, and also how big it is. I hadn't appreciated just how large an area it covered. I cannot show any of the virtual tour of photographs yet, so you will have to make do with these drone shots for now.
Elysium From The Sea
This would actually be a good opening screen for the Virtual Tour. You could click on various bits and it would take you to the locations...
Tomb Of The Kings
To the west of the Elysium you have Tomb of the Kings. When it gets a bit cooler I shall take my 360 camera for a walk through here. It is an amazing place to visit, even if they didn't actually bury any kings there!
Venus Beach and Beyond
I shall leave you with a view showing Venus Beach and a distant Potima Bay. There is a coast path that heads in that direction, though I think it ends at Sandy Beach in Lemba. I have been meaning to do a walking tour of that too, but it is a question of finding the time.
Anyway, I hope you have enjoyed looking at the aerial shots. As I said, they had been sitting around and I wanted to show them off as I think Paphos deserves to be seen and appreciated for the lovely area it is!
