This Way

When I entered the museum, a lady appeared in a similar fashion to the shopkeeper in Mr Benn. She informed me of the €5 entrance fee, which I promptly paid. That's actually fairly expensive for Paphos, given that the Archaeological Park is only €4.50. But the place is privately run, and workers need to be paid. Plus, I am sat in a Coffee Shop writing this, and spent a similar amount on my large skinny Cappuccino. So it is all relative. And the Barista didn't appear in a similar fashion to the shopkeeper in Mr Benn.

Anyway, once the money had exchanged hands, she led me outside and pointed me in this direction.

Going Down

The first thing I noticed as I descended the steps was a mysterious walled section on the left-hand side of the lower courtyard.

Not So Mysterious

I made a point of checking it out, to see what was on the other side of the wall. It turns out, there was nothing. I only mention this to save you the bother.

Once I reached the courtyard I had a look around. It was nice enough, but I imagine it looks a lot nicer in Spring.

Big Wheel

The courtyard continued around the side of the building, but I chose instead to go through this archway.
