There aren't many shots of the main building. This is because of the adverse lighting conditions. I guess I would get better results taking pictures on a cloudy day, or even at dusk. The sunlight through the windows was over-powering.

Huh?

This had me baffled. Some sort of flowerpot?

So, what were my thoughts of the museum? I found it very interesting, with a variety of items on display. It was bigger by some margin that the village museums we have visited in the past, though they were free to enter. While I was there, some tourists appeared and were keen to visit the museum, but left rather than pay €5 entrance fee. This was a shame, as it is hardly breaking the bank.

Living Room

I shall leave you with a view of what I presume is a Living Room. You don't see many pianos in Cyprus. You won't be able to play this one, as the rooms could only be viewed from the door. It is fascinating to see an accurate representation of what Cyprus was like in the past. And next time I explore an abandoned village I can be on the lookout for more interesting features I might otherwise have ignored.

The museum is open 7 days a week, from 10AM to 6PM.
