Old Town 2022 Update - Part 3
Towards Tomb Of The Kings

The views here never get old.
Worth A Visit

Muse is a lovely place for a bite to eat or a relaxing afternoon drink. It is very popular with the locals, so if you arrive during a busy period don't expect to get a decent seat. You can always reserve a table though.
Axiothea Hotel

To the right of Muse is the Axiothea Hotel. An alley runs next to it, down to the main road. On the right is another part of the park. I was curious to see how this area was being affected by the upgrade.
All Change

There used to be a network of twisty little passages in this corner of the park. At the moment, there is some severe renovation work going on.
Further Down

There is some graffiti here that is trying desperately to get promoted to the category of mural. The one on the left is almost there. I would like to point out though, that the two people standing in front of it were not doing any spray painting, and one of them had merely stopped to adjust their shoe.

It's a year since we had a proper look around Old Town, so we thought another blog was due. We won't be revisiting every place we visited in the previous blogs. Instead we will be focusing on new additions and places we missed last year. Even so, we took nearly 100 pictures for this blog, so we have split it in two. Part 2 will be published on monday.Good Pages To Visit

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
