Museum Of Templar Ages
Templars At Rest
Beyond the target range is a room designed to show you the surroundings that the knights might have relaxed in. This table isn't quite round, but you get the idea.
I love the old chest you can see here. Sort of a miniature Pirate Chest.
Non-Battle Dress
It wasn't all fight fight fight though. They had a display of more social clothing hanging from the staircase up to the first floor.
The Upstairs
The upstairs was mainly set aside for presentations.
Mind The Guard Dog
So, that is the Museum of Knights Templar. I shall leave you with a shot of my host's dog, who was sitting on the sofa and was very friendly.
If you fancy a visit, why not do a grand tour of all the villages in the area, and their museums. You will learn about village life, turtles, geology and Natural History. If you need help getting there, take a look at our Road Trip eBooks on Amazon. The Second one goes through the villages, though was written before the museum was built. The route drives right past the museum though, so you can't miss it.
