Museum Of Templar Ages
A new attraction has sprouted up in Pano Arodes. The Museum of Templar Ages joins several educational centres whose intention is to delight and inform you as you explore the villages of the Akamas. Let's take a look inside...
Central Pano Arodes
This isn't the Museum Of Templar Ages. However, it is in the centre of Arodes, where there are some all important parking spaces. This is important, as there is no dedicated parking for the museum.
Follow The Arrow
Once parked, located the sign pointing to the museum, and start walking. Pano Arodes is a lovely village, so take your time.
Museum Of Templar Ages
And this is the museum itself. If the door is open, the museum is too.
Information
Now, pay attention here. This bit is important. The sign has the opening times. You can visit on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, between 10AM and 2PM. The first time I arrived it was monday, so had no luck. I misread the sign, and thought it said they close at 2:30. So when I arrived at 1:50PM on Tuesday I was actually pushing my luck a bit.
Prove Your Mettle
Before entering, all males have to try and extract the sword from the stone, to see if they can rightfully claim to be the new King of Pano Arodes.*
*not true.
