The Abandoned Telecoms Tower At Koili
Rat Nest?

Now though, they are home only to nesting birds or (judging by the strong smell) rats.

The Way Out

I took this picture to show the amount of bird poo on the table by the door. That sounds weird when I write it, but made sense at the time. Anyway, there is something unusual in the shot I didn't notice at the time...
Power

While I was processing the above picture prior to publishing it, I noticed that the power switches had red lights on them, indicating that there was still some power at least running through the building. If you plan on exploring yourself you should bear this in mind.
No Entry

There was another door but that was locked, so I didn't try and prise it open, though somebody else had had a go at some point.

So that's that as far as the old telecoms building is concerned. There are a few bits and bobs scattered around the outside of the building, if you are after a souvenir. But other than that, it remains an interesting curiosity, coupled with a really decent view.
