Kato Pyrgos Bird Park
Cheeky Monkey

So, should you visit the Bird Park? Certainly. The animals all looked well cared for and seemed happy. And the place was well maintained.

The Way Out

And that was the bird park. You can spend half and hour there, easily enough, and it is set in a nice valley. So if you visit Kato Pyrgos, definitely try and fit in time for it.
Kato Pyrgos View

We found this bird park while putting the finishing touches to our third Road Trip eBook. It's on the back road from Pano Pyrgos to Kato Pyrgos, and makes a nice addition to the guide. it will be available soon, as the photography and text is all done now, it just needs to be assembled in an Amazon-friendly format. Wish us luck...

The Pomos Coastline
It is time to bid farewell to 2021. I don't think many people will miss it, to be frank, but we've got through it so lets hope that 2022 is better. In our final blog of the year we return once again to Pomos. I took my drone for a spin there, and got some nice shots of the coastline you would normally need a boat to see.Good Pages To Visit

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
