Old Town Hall / School?

I am guessing this building used to be the Municipal Office, or perhaps the school? It has a fantastic surprise in store should you care to enter the left hand entrance.
Excellent Murals!

I originally thought this was an old classroom, and the murals remnants of old lessons.
Much Respect!
