For some reason the hole in that chair reminded me of the Batman logo. I have no idea why a chair was put in that hole above the door, but there you go.

They other two rooms were packed full of chairs, like these. I wonder if they still get used on festival days?

Anyway, that's about it for Pano Kivides. The new version of the village is busy thriving at the top of the hill, on more stable land. To get to Kato Kivides, you need to drive through the new build towards Limassol, and take a left as soon as you pass all the houses.

Now, after a bit of trial and error, we have arrived at Kato Kivides. as you can see, it is in a much worse state of repair. Unlike its neighbour, Kato Kivides was a Turkish Cypriot village that was abandoned during the invasion.
