Victim of Street Lights

You get even weirder looks at night though!
10. The ISOP By Day

Now, there is a mystery surrounding these gateways. You probably haven't spotted it though.
ISOP By Night

This one is probably the best one to see at night, because there are virtually no street lights about.
Now, on to that mystery...
The Paphos Gateway Mystery

The mystery is this: why are some of the gateways designed to be back to front? They haven't simply been placed back to front, because if you look at the tops of the white columns, they slope in the opposite direction. Also, the designs have a definite front and back. If you look at the middle picture, this shows the reverse of one of the designs. There is no lighthouse or Paphos logo.
So, somebody must have made a concious effort to design four of the gateways slightly differently from the other six.
Does anybody know why?
