Spring is in the Air

Cyprus is at its most beautiful in springtime. The flowers are coming in to bloom, and grass covers the fields and hills which will be scorched brown later in the year.

The barren hills provide a nice contrast to the assorted floral displays.

Technically I suppose, these are all weeds, but what lovely weeds! Plus, they will get harvested. It never ceases to amaze me in Cyprus what they manage to get hay bails out of.
