It's not just about filthy flowers though. There was plenty of gorse about too, and lots of other less photogenic prickly flora.

Onwards To Trimithousa

We were feeling adventurous, so thought we would continue along the track above the grave and see if we could get to the abandoned village of Trimithousa. We have tried this in the past, and ran out of tracks. However, this time we went down this somewhat overgrown trail, and eventually found our goal.

While doing some research for the blog on the Abandoned Village of Evretou, I read how the villagers fled to the nearby village of Trimithousa, before eventually settling in the North. From this I deduced that Trimithousa itself might also be abandoned. So I looked it up on Google Maps, and decided to check it out...
