I guess the jetties are here because of the nearby villas. This final one looked like it might actually get used occasionally.

By the jetty, the path had deteriorated somewhat, to the extent that an actual boardwalk had been created out of pallets.

After that, the path was solid enough, but not very wide. This was soon going to change though.

The next part of the path is superb, possibly the swankiest bit of any coast path in Paphos. Not very good if you are on a bicycle or pushing a wheelchair, but if you are walking, this is top. I wonder what it looks like in Spring, when all the flowers come into bloom?

There are plans to create a Coast Path from Coral Bay all the way to Sea Caves and Agios Georgios Harbour. Recently I walked along the existing route, to see how much work was required to complete the project. In the first part we cover up to the Oniro Restaurant and the famous wreck.
