Coral Bay Beach Walk
Lifeguard Station

Anyway, returning to the main beach, in its centre you will find a well-positioned lifeguard station.

Water Sports

Between the two restaurant areas there is plenty of room for your towel, if you don't want to fork out for a sunbed. This is also where you will find the watersports. It is worth mentioning to swimmers that there is a channel here for jetskis etc to leave the beach and get to the open seas. So don't ignore the lines of bouys. Also, don't swim right up to them, as some of the boats will get pretty close to them too.

These are some of the offerings available.
Word of Warning

You can see the bouy channels I mentioned in this shot. These paddle boats are fun, but do remember that when you are out on the water it is a lot easier to get sunburn, as it reflects off the water as well as coming down from the sky. Make sure you are liberally covered in suncream, and better yet, wear a t shirt or something for added protection. On our travels we see far too many tourists who have ruined their holiday by getting badly sunburnt. Don't become one of them!
The Other Half

We are now approaching the second restaurant area.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
