Kritou Terra - Part 2
Ecological Centre
Anyway, that is enough of the casino. Let's take a walk around some more of the village. There is yet another notice board here, along with a sign with information on the Environmental Centre.

    Interesting Nook
Walking through the narrow streets I spied an interesting room to one side.
Beekeeper's Store Room
According to my extensive (5 minute) research, this is a frame for a Medium Honey Super. It was an interesting bit of research actually. Beyond the scope of this article, but if you do a search on "bee hive components" you will find they are a bit more complicated than you might think.
Kritou Terra Museum
And this is the local museum. Unfortunately, it is no longer open. I don't know when it closed, but it doesn't look like it happened recently.
Hmmm, I just looked on the village website again, to see if there was any information. Unfortunately, in the last half hour, the website seems to have died. All I get when I view it is a "Database Connection Failed" message. Who knows, perhaps they are updating it?
Down Here
I continued my walk through the village. The streets are quite narrow, and hark back to the times when the donkey was the main form of transport. Those same donkeys would have been used to transfer wheat and other goods to and from the various water mills dotted about the countryside.
