We're in a bit of a dilemma. We have a number of blogs in the pipeline that all start from this location. This is the first, then we are giving the Polis beaches the same treatment we recently gave Paphos and Ayia Napa. Finally we will be presenting a multimedia extravaganza on the Blue Lagoon. So we will have to intersperse these blogs with something else, otherwise it will get a bit repetitive.

The restaurant here is open for business, and waiting for your custom.

As you can see, they are taking social distancing seriously. If you are wondering why it is so quiet we visited on a late afternoon, when you wouldn't really expect to see anybody..

If this image looks familar we used a near identical shot for the cover of our second road trip. From another angle that rocky island looks like a turtle.

To get to the beach you have to descend that staircase. And once you are done, you can climb back up the stairs and avail yourself of the showers.

Take The Tour

We took our 360 camera with us to make this nice little tour.

We went out to explore the blue flag beaches that Paphos has to offer, to see what the score was. In Part 1 we go from Geroskipou to the main municipal beach...

Paphos Blue Flag Beaches

Paphos doesn't have much of a reputation for the seaside, but there are in fact 17 Blue Flag Beaches in the region. We've put them all in an easy-to-use directory, and we present them here for your delectation, so you can see for yourselves that Paphos Beaches are in fact, not shabby at all.
