Our final destination was Sea Caves.

Every time we visit this place, there seems to be more buildings on the hills above.

Mind Your Step

I took this shot as a warning. While we were here, people were standing on that ledge. I don't think they appreciated how precarious their position was.

Still Standing

There is a funny rock at Sea Caves. I don't know how it is still standing, given all the storms, but there it is.

Let's finish with a close-up. January is traditionally the wettest month in Cyprus, so there will be more storms to come I imagine. Already there is talk of the Asprokremmos overflowing any day now. I hope Kouris overflows too, as that would be worth seeing. Before you set out to go exploring though, do take care. Some of the roads can be treacherous in the rain, and there is no point clambouring over rocks to get an ace picture if a huge wave washes over you and drags you out to sea. Safety first!
