Coral Bay Harbour
It Gets Busier
I should also point out that I took these pictures about a month ago. It will be a lot busier now. I thought I had published this blog already, but clearly I forgot. A lady was asking on our Facebook Chat Group about Crown Resort Horizons Hotel, and I wanted to show her this article as it features a very nice hotel which is very close by.
I soon worked out that I hadn't actually published the article yet, so am writing it quickly now. I appreciate that this is all a bit "meta" but it is Sunday Morning and I have things to do.
On With The Show
Anyway, having looked around the probably-quite-crowded-by-now beach, I noticed a rather swanky looking hotel next to it, complete with harbour.
To The Harbour
So let's go and have a look. There is a tavern here too, if you want something more substantial than the beach snacks you can get at the kiosk.
As I walked up to the tavern I soon made out a second, smaller beach.
A Lone Fisherman
I've never worked out a lot of the fishermen here. I've snorkelled off beaches like this, and have very rarely seen decent-sized fish swimming here. At best, the fish you will catch are sardine-sized. So why do people fish here? Why not move around to the rocks where the fish are likely to be bigger, and where you can at least cast out to a decent depth?
Harbour View
It isn't the biggest harbour in the world, but it has plenty of charm.
