To The Erosion

So, why were remains put in that church, and where did they come from? If you look around the surrounding countryside, it doesn't look like there are any telltale tombs or caves nearby. Perhaps they came from further afield? I can't help wondering why whoever left them bothered though. Presumably the remains were left in a church because of the spiritual connotations. But if you feel that strongly about your dead ancestors, surely the best thing to do is leave the remains alone in the first place?

Kathikas is that way.

Another question that springs to mind, is when does it become OK to excavate a grave? The British Museum has it's Mummies, and museums the world over have remains of ancient tribespeople. How long does a body have to be buried before it ceases being a body and becomes an acceptable museum exhibit?

Far easier, to stick to geology. So let's take a look at the landscape.

This is a bigger "site" than the one mentioned on page 1. Incidentally, the gallery is now up and running. I will be adding some pictures of this landscape to it later on today. So if you want to see some larger images, take a peek there.

I don't know why, but I can sit and look at landscapes like this all day. I apologise if it is boring though.
