This is the concluding part of our blog on our latest stroll around Old Pafos. We start in Kennedy Square and head via a roundabout route to the indoor market, before concluding the walk at Ibrahim's Khan. On the way we shall revisit some old friends and look at some of the shops and restaurant that are helping to bring life into the new Old Paphos.

Hot weather set to return next week

While temperatures have been lower than normal this week, it is time to enjoy the last of the relief as they are set to increase over the weekend with a long spell of very hot weather expected next week.

Large Hellenistic complex found in Yeroskipou

A large complex from a temple of the Hellenistic period was discovered in Yeroskipou during excavations conducted by the Department of Antiquities, it was revealed on Thursday.

The Director of the Department of Antiquities said the excavations took place under the building programme submitted by the Church of Cyprus, according to daily Politis.
