Vet condemns illegal neutering of strays

Veterinarian Andreas Artemiou on Tuesday condemned the illegal neutering of stray animals by students and animal welfare organisations calling these procedures “unacceptable”.

Fire raging out of control in Limassol district

Fire fighters have responded to a fire which is raging out of control in the Limassol district.

The fire broke out in the afternoon between the villages of Vasa Kilaniou, Omodos and Potamiou.

Five fire service and two forestry department fire trucks have responded to the fire, the fire services said.
