Paphos Sea Front and Harbour
Old And New

Here's a nice shot of the castle and the new tower. Ah, the munch-maligned new tower. It gets criticised a lot, and people make completely unfounded accusations about brown envelopes being passed around. These people need to do two things. First, they need to learn a bit of Greek. Second, they need to use that knowledge to acquaint themselves with the local planning regulations, and pay attention to how they have changed over the years. If they did that they would see that the building is all above-board.
Personally, I will reserve judgement until it is complete.

Walkway Renovations

From what I have read, the walkway renovations up to the Lighthouse Beach are going to be extensive and take most of the year. There have been times when it has been possible to walk the route though, so it might not be completely closed for all that time.
New Car Park?

I have no idea if they are renovating the car park behind the restaurants. It is a handy location but a bit bumpy in places. Time will tell I guess.

With or without all the frontages, the Harbour is very photogenic.
