Busy Man
I briefly had a chat with Henry on my rounds. He was rushed off his feet though. He said his boss was very happy because it was so busy. It is nice to see everywhere so crowded again.

Paphos Castle
The reason for the noise was a joyous musical occasion taking place at Paphos Castle Square. You will see that in the next shot. I wanted to show Aphrodite first though.
Well Done Paphos
There was a free concert going on, and they were very loud. Quite right too. Kataklysmos is all about having fun. There were concerts held Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so I do hope you managed to catch at least part of one if you were visiting.
Anyway, that was Kataklysmos at Paphos Sea Front. The tourist season is beginning to start in earnest now, and temperatures are on the rise. It looks like we have finally had the last of the rain and the forecast for next week is plenty of sunshine. Time to hit the beach!

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
