We're coming down to the restaurant now. Beyond it you can just make out the new desalination unit.
The Route
And this is a look at the Eastern end of Potima Bay, showing the posh sunbeds provided by Sense By The Beach. You need to hire these from the restaurant, and I believe they come in a package with drinks and fresh fruit. The restaurant will no doubt have the full details.
Things are certainly looking a lot nicer here than they were a few years ago.
Sense By The Beach
The new restaurant is proving very popular. It is also a big draw at night and is beautifully illuminated.
I decided to have a quick wander through to see how it had progressed since it first opened back in the summer.

The Kissonerga Coast Path first opened a couple of years ago. I visited it at the time, but it has since been extended at either end. So I recently returned for another look. It is the perfect place for a walk after a meal at one of the nearby taverns, with spectacular views and a nice bar at the end. So let's check it out.

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
