Kato Paphos In March
Wait For Night

Best of all, though not featured in an article with pictures taken in the morning, at night they are beautifully illuminated. Stay tuned to some Kalispera shots no doubt appearing on Facebook soon...

So the Poseidonos Avenue Renovations are now nearly complete, and they look fab.
Still To Do

Doubtless the flowerbeds will soon be populated with the same flowers that adorn similar beds along the Sea Front.
Pingouino's

Speaking of the Sea Front, let's head in that direction. We shall stop briefly by Pingouino Cafe.
Gourmet Taverna

The area between Pingouino Cafe and the Gourmet Tavern also featured in the Poseidonos Avenue renovations. According to an early artist impression, there was to be a water feature here, but instead they opted for a flower bed, I think. Anyway, what I really want to show you is the funny rings on the floor. For months these have puzzled people, as they were gathering litter and forming ridges to trip you up on. Now though, they have been filled with what I presume are lights.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
