Old Dates

For some reason, a series of dates have been written on the walls. We see similar dates around Paphos today, left by government inspectors checking insect and water levels. But these dates were all from the early 70s. Why were they here?

Pizza?

That looks like a pizza tray. I kind of doubt that that is what it actually is, but that's what it looks like!

You can make out "8/2/73" in the top left corner, but there were lots more as well. Are these really inspectors' marks, or were they left here for a different reason? Most odd.

I certainly wouldn't want to live here, but they did have a nice view.
