George's Ranch Hack
The Big Picture

Panning the drone back a bit, we can see the whole Sea Caves area now, with the horses in the foreground. In the distance at the top centre of the picture, you can also make out the wreck of the Edro III if you look carefully. The hack won't be going that far in this ride though.

Quiet Zone

The path and horses went past an area set aside for zero music and disturbances. The Quiet Zone is one of the treats Cap St George lay on for their guests who really just want to chill. I will feature it in more detail in another article, but you get a nice view of it from up here. Don't worry though, I didn't disturb anybody with the drone, I used a zoom lens.
Clifftop

The coast path winds its way through Cap St George and out towards Sea Caves.
Information

Up until now, the route has been on a decent path, suitable for bicycles and wheelchairs. That is going to change soon though.
Yeronisos Island

As we leave Cap St George we get a nice view of the historical Yeronisos Island in the distance. I intend doing another drone film of that soon. I can't do it yet though, because the local birds are bringing up their young and will be aggressive towards our flying camera.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
