Cyprus In Pictures - August 2024
Lighthouse Beach
And another Lighthouse shot! In my defence, I was actually concentrating on the beach. You can see from this shot the fundamental difference between here and Venus Beach. This is where you come to relax in disorganised comfort, and enjoy a BLT from the cafe.
Ttakkas Bay
Back to the North Coast, and the locals are ramming in to this beach, in the bay between Aphrodite's Baths and Latchi.
Agia Kyriaki Chrysopolitissa
I went for a wander around Fabrica Hill, and felt the urge to launch the drone from the top. You get some interesting views. St Paul's Pillar is near the foreground of this shot, behind some trees.
And Finally...
We shall end the day shots with a lower view of the Sea Front, looking towards the tower. Remember, we now have an Etsy Shop where you can buy Paphos Souvenirs featuring the photographs we publish. So far items like calenders, phone covers, cups and canvas prints are available, and they are printed on demand by an International Company, so you won't get ridiculous shipping prices. Take a look and you might find that elusive present you have been hunting for a loved one. Also, if you have seen a picture we posted which isn't available, do let us know. We should be able to add it.
Kalispera!
Our evening shots are more limited in scope, as we have to take them where sufficient lighting exists. So I won't be providing much commentary. Just enjoy the pictures...

We post a daily "Kalimera" picture to Facebook on a topical theme. I thought it would be nice to give them greater exposure, so have combined them into a monthly article. The pictures here are now viewable in their original Landscape glory.
