Cap St Georges Easter Village
Easter is once more upon us, and in the run-up to Cap St Georges are putting on an Easter Village at Agios Georgios, Peyia. It opened today so we went down to see what was in store for you.
Agios Georgios Chapel
We arrived at Agios Georgios just after midday. The village and events run from the 1st to 14th April. Don't worry, you can see the full timetable below. The weather is due to improve over the next couple of weeks, but today was very overcast with rain forecast.
Handy Bar
The village itself is in the same area they held the Christmas Village and last year's Carob Festival. You will find it to the left of this block, which contains a few shops, a cafe and some Public Conveniences.
Main Entrance
And here is the entrance to the village. Do bear in mind that the event had only just opened and was yet to fill up. Also, rain was forecast and it was very grey and miserable.
Full Program
The above came from the official program, and lists the events over the next two weeks.
