Anadiou
Another Water Feature
As well as these nice features, there were also a few of the more traditional water features we have come to expect at abandoned villages, from Colonial times. I resisted the temptation to photograph them all though. I think I am over that phase.
Let's Explore
As we enter Anadiou, we are keeping to the right. This building is clearly occupied. It also appears to have some sort of totem pole in the front porch.
What is that?
Ok, not a Totem Pole as such, as there only appears to be one head. What is it then?
Walking down the first road, it is clear that Anadiou is far from deserted. There is the sound of woodwork in the wind too. The village is getting renovated.
End of the Line
The top road seemed to end here. I could see a couple of houses in the distance, but as we would effectively on their front drive I thought I would respect their privacy and keep a distance.
